Carbon Rates
This dataset provides information on the Effective Carbon Rate (ECR), which represents the combined value of fuel excise taxes, carbon taxes, and tradeable permits that place a price on carbon emissions. It also includes data on the Net ECR, calculated by subtracting fossil fuel subsidies that lower pre-tax fossil fuel prices from the ECR.
